There are a lot of folks who have some questions before they purchase the Quickbooks University video training.

Below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions

Q. 1 – How often can I access the videos?

Once purchased, you have unlimited access to the videos plus free access to all future upgrades. Access the videos as many times as you need. Each video is set to upload and can be stopped or replayed at your convenience.

Q. 2 – Can I download the videos? 

No. You can view the videos only in the members area, using your personal username and password that you receive once you sign up.

Q. 3 – Can I use the videos to train my staff?

Yes. If you run a business and purchase the course, you are allowed to train your staff with the videos. This is a NON COMMERCIAL license to use the videos for INTERNAL PURPOSES ONLY.

BUT you are NOT ALLOWED to train YOUR CLIENTS with our videos. Please contact us by email to see if there is a special license available.

Q. 4 – What version of Quickbooks do you use?

We use the Quickbooks 2010 Premier desktop version in the course. The desktop version is slightly different than the Quickbooks Online version, but there have been many Quickbooks Online users who purchased our course and greatly benefited from it.

Q. 5 – Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Of course. If you aren’t absolutely satisfied with our course, and we do not stand up to your expectations, simply ask us for a refund prior to 60 days after your purchase. We are very proud of the fact that we have had only 1 refund in our history and this was because the customer thought they would be getting physical DVD’s instead on online training.

Q. 6 – Is there any BONUS available?

Actually there is. If you purchase the course you get access to our private member forum where you can ask me, Mat Hultquist, CPA, any and all questions which the video course couldn’t answer to you. This happens because each business is unique, so I am there to give you one-on-one support in case you need it.

I normally charge $29.99 per month for access to the forum and my brain…but for a limited time I am letting you in for FREE (this may change at any time, so be sure to lock in your free access today).
